While we plan as far out as we can, the nitty gritty details of each event take time to come together. So please have patience and check back for updates as dates approach!
Join us in making our camp and trails the best they can be this season!
Trails need clearing, camp needs repairs and pick up, and MORE! We can always use more hands. Bring a friend, some gloves and walking shoes. Lets come together to make Yankee an amazing place to ride!
You must be a member to attend this ride. This event is held on the 9 mile trail.
Check in starts at 8am and goes until 11am.
Lunch will be served from 11am- 1pm on the trail.
There will be tie lines ready for you when you reach the luncheon as well as water for your horses.
We will be serving burgers, hotdogs, fixings and drinks!
This event is FREE for current members.
Non-members can become a member at check in for $20 OR you can go to ystra.org to become a member before arrival.
All attending must check in at our sign up station. You will be provided a wrist band that lets our chefs know that you're an attending member of the ride.

PLEASE NOTE- This event is NOT going to take place at camp this year. DO NOT book campsites for this event.
We are moving this meeting from camp to an indoor facility.
Things to know- This meeting is where you get to vote on your board members. It is important that you attend and have your voice heard.
We will update this post as the date get's closer and a hall is booked. We will serve food as usual and hope to see everyone there
9am- 10am Register for the costume contest and the campsite decoration contest.
Costume contest starts at 11am.
0-8yrs of age- 11am
9-12yrs of age- 11:15am
13-15yrs of age- 11:30am
16-19yrs of age- 11:45am
Adults- 12pm
Campsite Judging immediately following the Adult costume contest. Judges will be walking around camp starting around 12:15pm.
Sign up for the 50/50 raffle and win some $$ with us!
POT LUCK- 1pm
Bring a dish to pass.
Your YSTRA board members will be supplying Chili, Corn Bread, Donuts, Cider
We will announce the winners of the Costume Contest and the Campsite Decoration contest, at the potluck.
The Billy the Kid trail will be decorated for your spooky ride! Enjoy at any time throughout the weekend!
Trick or Treating will start around dusk! Visit our campers and get some yummy treats!
This event is open to the public! Bring your friends, your family and more importantly... your equine friends!
