While we plan as far out as we can, the nitty gritty details of each event take time to come together. So please have patience and check back for updates as dates approach!
If you are not staying at camp and are hauling in for this event, parking at the campground is available for those participating in this event.
9am- 10am Register for the costume contest and the campsite decoration contest.
We accept cash & check. We also accept paypal. Registration table will be set up at the pavilion in camp.
Costume contest starts at 11am.
0-6yrs old= $5 Each
7yrs and up= $10 Each
0-8yrs of age- 11am
9-12yrs of age- 11:15am
13-15yrs of age- 11:30am
16-19yrs of age- 11:45am
Adults- 12pm
Campsite Judging immediately following the Adult costume contest. It is $10 per campsite.
Judges will be walking around camp starting around 12:15pm.

Bring a dish to pass.
Your YSTRA board members will be supplying Chili, Corn Bread, Donuts, Cider
We will announce the winners of the Costume Contest and the Campsite Decoration contest, at the potluck.
We will also be having our "Members only meeting" at this time. Be sure you are a member to participate at the meeting.
Please come and welcome Brandy Miller to camp! She will be presenting information on equine nutrition as well as speaking about her role as our ETS Representative.
The Billy the Kid trail will be decorated for your spooky ride! Enjoy at any time throughout the weekend.
Trick or Treating will start around dusk! Visit our campers and get some yummy treats!
This event is open to the public! Bring your friends, your family and more importantly... your equine friends!
