YSTRA HALLOWEEN AT HORSE CAMP
& Annual Members Meeting

Saturday, October 10, 2026

11:00 AM — Registration Opens
Registration opens for Halloween activities and the YSTRA Members Meeting.
Campsite Competition is $10 per site
Costume Contest is $5 for ages 0-8yrs and $10 for 9yrs & up.

 11:30 AM — Potluck Luncheon
Come hungry and bring a dish to pass!
YSTRA will be serving pork butt as well as supplying all silverware, napkins, plates and bowls.

12:00 PM — YSTRA Members Meeting
Held during the luncheon. We’ll look back at what YSTRA has accomplished over the past year and discuss plans for the year ahead.

Current YSTRA members will also vote for Board Members.

 1:15 PM — Costume & Campsite Registration CLOSES
All entries must be registered by 1:15 PM.
Judges: Please report to the registration table at this time.

1:30 PM — Costume Contest Begins
Time to show off those Halloween costumes! 

Costume Contest Times/ Age Groups: 

1:30pm- 0 to 8yrs
1:45pm- 9 to 12yrs
2:00pm- 13 to 15yrs
2:15pm- 16 to 19yrs
2:30pm Adults

Judging will take place near the registration table. Please be sure your kids, horses and whole crew are ready to go during your time slot.  We can't wait to see all the fun costumes everyone comes up with! 

Judges will walk around to campsites for judging immediately following the Adult costume contest.

2:30 PM — Costume Contest Closes-
Join us for a Halloween parade around camp!

 Costume Contest Winners Announced
Winners will be announced following the parade!

AT DUSK — Trick-or-Treating
Trick-or-treat around camp as the sun goes down.

 BONFIRE FOR ALL
Gather around the fire and enjoy a fall evening with your fellow trail riders!

YSTRA — Yankee Springs Trail Riders Association
