Why should you attend a board meeting?
Board meetings are open to the public. Attending a meeting can give you an inside view to YSTRA and what we are working on, towards or where we need volunteers. This is a great place to ask questions, and give your opinion. While our meeting notes are detailed, they do not include any "side' conversations that may occur during a meeting.
When are meetings?
Current YSTRA board meetings are on an "as needed" basis. We try to schedule them as far in advance as possible. However, situations do occur when we need to have a meeting "asap" due to an upcoming event or issue. Please become a member to receive meeting notices. We email them out as soon as a meeting is needed/requested (only members/board members can request a meeting).
