Have you ever attended a board meeting?
Board meetings are open to the public. Anyone can come! To speak at a meeting you do need to be a current paying member (see membership page). We highly encourage you to come to our meetings. It gives you an insider view as to what we are working on. It also helps us connect with you so we can have fresh feedback and ideas.
When are meetings?
Current YSTRA board meetings are on an "as needed" basis. We try to schedule them as far in advance as possible. However, situations do occur when we need to have a meeting "asap" due to an upcoming event or issue. Please become a member to receive meeting notices. We email them out as soon as we can.
